Designing a conference involves orchestrating a symphony of details to create an enriching and memorable experience for attendees. Starting with a clear vision and purpose, by selecting the venue in Las Vegas, our goal was to remind our attendees the beauty of its landscapes rather than the iconic and overused theme of casinos and gambling. Throughout the process, I collaborated with other designers and vendors to direct design consistency and quality, ensuring that the space reflects the event's overarching theme and message. From installations to the vibrant colors, every decision was made with the intention of evoking attendees the mood of Las Vegas' beautiful canyons.
