The brand needed to evolve its positioning to compete in the global anti-aging skincare market, where credibility, innovation, and clear differentiation are critical. Existing branding did not fully reflect the efficacy of the reformulated products or resonate strongly with a broader international audience.

APPROACH
Following a comprehensive audit of the brand’s positioning, we led a global relaunch centered around reformulated hero products and a more credible, science-backed narrative.

I helped define a new visual identity and storytelling approach that emphasized product efficacy and innovation —balancing clinical credibility with an elevated, modern aesthetic.
This included:
• Rebranding and packaging design for reformulated products
• Developing a narrative centered on science-backed performance
• Art directing campaign visuals across multiple channels to ensure consistency and impact
The goal was to reposition the brand as a leader in anti-aging skincare while appealing to both existing customers and new global audiences.

The relaunch introduced a more cohesive and credible brand presence across global markets — strengthening perception around innovation and product efficacy.
